Refund & Return Policy
HYPEHUB follows returns and replacements as outlined by Republic Act (R.A.) 7394 or the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
We do not exchange, refund, or provide store credits if customer have simply changed their minds or bought the wrong product.
Only defective products can be returned or exchanged. If you received a defective item, please contact: [email protected] with the following details:

- Place of Purchase: Store | Online
- Photo/Video of Defective Item
- Delivery Note/Warranty Receipt
- Short description of concern
7 business days are given to make a return after we have authorized it. No refund, store credit, or replacement will be provided until the faulty or damaged product is received for evaluation. The product must be in the same condition in which the customer received it – unopened and unused.
