HypeHub sells electronics, gadgets, and Apple products.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase.
All prices are in Philippine Peso (₱) and subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

4. Returns, Refunds & Warranties

Defective or Wrong Items

7-day return policy from delivery date.
Must provide proof of defect (photo/video).
Refund or replacement subject to inspection.

Change of Mind

No refunds for buyer’s remorse (unless unopened & in original packaging).
15% restocking fee may apply.

Warranty Claims

Apple products are covered by Apple’s official warranty.
Non-Apple items may have a 1-year local supplier warranty.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering (if not yet shipped).
For COD orders, cancellations must be made before dispatch.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, images, product descriptions) on HypeHub is owned by us and protected by copyright.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reselling of our products may lead to legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

HypeHub is not liable for:
- Delays due to courier issues, customs, or natural disasters.
- Damage caused by improper use of products.
- Third-party scams or phishing attempts.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mandaluyong City (or your nearest jurisdiction).
